THE AUTHOR

Reed Fleming began his ministry with Church Army (now called Threshold Ministries) in 1980. He has served in a variety of capacities in communities all across Canada. In 2000 he moved to Saint John New Brunswick heading the Evangelism Department of Taylor College of Mission and Evangelism. In the years following he became principal. He went on to pioneer Street Hope Saint John. In his last years as an active Threshold Evangelist Reed founded Threshold House, a sober living Christian discipleship community.

Reed uses his misspent early days and later misadventures, as a source of humourist inspiration, He is a firm believer that “A merry heart does good like a medicine.” Proverbs 17: 22 .
